Police Crime Commissioner visits SWA

PCC John Tizard had a wonderful tour of our academy with Mr Martin and Mrs Linehan.

Last week, the academy welcomed Bedfordshire Police Crime Commissioner John Tizard for a tour of our facilities. During his visit, Mr Tizard took the time to meet with several of our dedicated staff members and students, engaging in conversations about our programs and initiatives. This visit provided a valuable opportunity for Mr Tizard to learn more about the environment of our school and the important work we do in supporting our students and the wider community. It was also an excellent occasion to discuss issues related to community safety and the role of education in fostering positive relationships.

Building strong connections with local authorities is crucial for creating a safe and supportive environment for our students. Meeting with Mr Tizard not only enhances our understanding of community needs but also allows us to better serve our students and their families.
