The world's biggest dance event, Move It is a key event in the SWA Dance students’ annual calendar, offering a unique opportunity to engage with the world of professional dance and performing arts. This year, students had the chance to watch inspiring performances from top conservatoires, including London Studio Centre, Urdang, and Bird College, gaining insight into the high standards of professional training.

Beyond spectating, students actively participated in a range of practical workshops, developing their skills under industry professionals, including an exciting session with Perri from dance group, Diversity. The event also encouraged confidence and self-expression, with one of our students, Mia, bravely stepping onto the freestyle stage to showcase her street dance talent in front of a live audience.

After a full day of learning, creativity, and professional engagement, students returned inspired and motivated, further enriching their dance education and aspirations for the future.
