The Year 9 Options Process for current Year 9 students (2025-2027) will open shortly, commencing with the Options Evening held at SWA on Thursday 5th December 2024. Further details are outlined below. 

• On Thursday 30th January 2025, the Options booklet for 2025-27 will be available on the website, and Year 9 progress reports with suitability indicators will be issued. 
• On Monday 3rd February, the online Options form will be released. This process closes on Friday 7th March 2025. 
• Between March and June, SWA will work with students, parents and carers to ensure students are placed in the correct options.
• This webpage will be updated with all the key information and document links as soon as they are available.
