The Year 9 Options Process for current Year 9 students (2025-2027) will open shortly, commencing with the Options Evening held at SWA on Thursday 5th December 2024. Further details are outlined below.

• Thursday 30th January - Year 9 progress reports with suitability indicators will be issued. 
• Monday 3rd February - Options Form Link - This link will take you through to the options form which needs to be completed through your child's school account. This form can only be completed once, so please ensure that you are certain of the options that you are choosing. Please be assured that this process is not a first come, first served procedure and the option choices will be processed after the closing date of Friday 7th March 2025. 
• Between March and June - SWA will work with students, parents and carers to ensure students are placed in the correct options.
