Samuel Whitbread Academy is part of the Bedfordshire Schools Trust (BEST), a multi-academy trust providing exceptional education across a community of 11 schools and five nurseries.

BEST offers an extensive range of dedicated shared services in place to support its schools and nurseries. Centralised services include: Finance, Human Resources, Estates Management, Communications and School Improvement.

Our BEST Education Services and School Improvement Team is at the heart of improving the educational experience for learners and offers extensive CPD opportunities to staff, with support provided to nearly 150 schools across the area. The SI Team has many packages of Teaching and Learning Reviews, Pupil Premium Reviews and vast tailored support packages that can be commissioned across the region.
