Should you wish to contact our staff regarding your child, we ask that you email or leave a message with reception. Whilst an attempt by reception to contact staff will be made, there is no guarantee someone will be available; so we request your patience. Our staff will respond to contact in a timely manner and will endeavour to acknowledge your request within 48 hours. However, there is no expectation that they will make contact on their non-working days or outside of their working hours to protect and support the wellbeing of our staff. Our staff will respond with professionalism and integrity and we ask that you too communicate with the utmost respect.
